👟 Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within [7 or 10] days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original box, tags, and packaging must be intact
  • Products that are damaged due to customer use will not be eligible for return

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


💰 Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI / Bank / Card)
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done via bank transfer or UPI

If approved, you will receive a confirmation message or email.


🔁 Exchange Policy (Optional but recommended)

We also offer exchanges for size issues:

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • Only size exchange is allowed (no design change unless defective)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
